We ask that you communicate any feedback to us within 5 days of your treatment. Based on your feedback and desired results, we will happily find the best solution.

Home care is vital to maintaining the results of your treatment at home. Should your home care fall short of your expectations, we will work with you to find a solution. Unopened and unused home care products in the original packaging will be exchanged in the original packaging within 5 days of purchase with a valid original receipt. Should the product be opened upon return, we will allow you to exchange it for another product and apply 50% of the original purchase price as a credit towards your replacement purchase.
