We ask new clients, or clients receiving spa treatments to arrive 15 minutes prior to your reserved time. This will allow you to complete any necessary forms, check in, and begin your relaxation.

Bridal & Formal Styling Recommendations2016-10-18T11:19:07-04:00

Please arrive with clean, dry hair and a button down shirt. Bridal or Formal Hair Design does not include a wash and blow dry as any hair design will have the best results on pre-washed, dry hair. A button down shirt will help to keep your hair styled when dressing later on.

Cancellation for Spa Packages (3 or more Treatments)2013-11-21T08:13:28-05:00

We ask that Spa Packages consisting of 3 or more treatments are cancelled with at least 48 hours notice. Should cancellation occur within 48 hours of the scheduled reservation, 50% of the service total for the scheduled package will be charged as a cancellation fee. Should the guest fail to notify Pineapple Day Spa of cancellation and not honor the reserved treatment times, 100% of the treatment cost will be charged to the guest.

Cancellation of Individual Reservations2013-11-21T08:14:27-05:00

If Pineapple Day Spa cancels your appointment within 24 hours of your reservation, and we are unable to accommodate your treatment the same day with another technician, we will offer a 25% discount on your original treatment. We will schedule the treatment at a time that is convenient for you with the same or another technician.

If a guest with an individual spa or salon treatments cancels within 24 hours, 25% of the treatment will be charged as a cancellation fee. Should a guest fail to notify Pineapple Day Spa of cancellation and not arrive for their treatment, 100% of the treatment will be charged to the guest.

We gladly offer the same courtesies should we need to cancel your reservation.


We love children and welcome them for certain treatments, although we do ask that you leave them home unless they are scheduled for a treatment to ensure the spa’s environment is a relaxing one to other guests. Thank you for your consideration. Unattended children will be given a free puppy and a cup of espresso. (kidding!)

We provide a courtesy reminder call or email 24-48 hours prior to your reservation. Please make sure we have your correct phone number or email on file to ensure accuracy.


Spa Packages or Series of Treatments do require a deposit of 50% to be held on Visa, MasterCard, Discover or pre-paid Gift Card.

We aim to create a safe haven for our guests to experience wellness, beauty and relaxation. We ask that any electronic devices such as a mobile phones are turned off and any conversations are held outside the spa. Thank you for your consideration.


We welcome Mom’s To Be, although do require a note from your Doctor authorizing the specific treatments you have reserved. For your own safety, we are unable to perform Massage Therapy or Pedicures in the 1st trimester. Consult a Pineapple Day Spa team member for further details.

A credit card is required to confirm your reservation. Once you have an account at Pineapple Day Spa, your credit card will remain on file for future reservations. Your credit card is held on a VeriSign secure system.


We recommend scheduling your next treatment before leaving the salon or spa. This will help to ensure you receive your preferred date and time. We suggest reserving Spa Packages 4-6 weeks in advance. If you don’t know your schedule, at least reserve a time, and take home the reminder card so you can call closer to that date to make any adjustments.

Should be running late for your reserved treatment, please notify us. We will certainly do our best to accommodate your treatment, although it may need to be shortened to ensure we remain on time for following guests. Should a guest not arrive in time to accommodate the treatment, 25% of the treatment will be charged as a cancellation fee and another treatment may be reserved.
